Refund policy

Damages and issues upon receiving 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Repair Fee

If client damages the custom or commission while it is in their possession, the client may be eligible for a repair fee starting at $100 to send the product back to the designer for them to fix, to the best of their ability. Ineligible damage would consist of: smashed products, paint chips, or if the product has been taken apart. We reserve the right to turn down the repair of a product if we determine it is too badly damaged. You must show proof of purchase from the website to be eligible. Only custom cars or commission cars are eligible for repair. Please contact us at khwracingco@gmail.com to inquire about a repair. 

 

Return/Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time and every product on the site is final sale. Each piece is human made by the designer as a 1 of 1 product and may vary slightly from the pictures. These small variances that occur from a human made product will NOT count as an exception to our policy of no refunds or exchanges. By making a purchase on this website, you have agreed to these terms. Please make sure that you have reviewed the items in your order and all your information to be correct including your email, billing address, and shipping address prior to finalizing your purchase


Discounts

In regards to discounts, they are applied to the lowest-priced item. Discounts do not apply to taxes and gift cards.
